@FavwontmissUNPOPULAR OPINION: Playing video games on easy mode is totally valid, and more people should admit it. Not every game needs to be a sweat-fest. Enjoying the story, relaxing, and soaking in the vibes shouldn't be controversial, but somehow it is.
@KratosHayabusa@Favwontmiss Nah. Just go play easy games. Leave the hard games for real gamers. Not every game is for you.
@AussieRiolu@KratosHayabusa @Favwontmiss >Real gamers Shut your bitch ass up you gatekeeping cunt.
@wiithteethi play most video games on easy because i got too many hobbies to be worrying about how good i am at video games
@ShashiJairam@Favwontmiss Only a casual gamer would say this...& it's OK. Game how you want. But a gamer would tell you that, unless the game is impossibly hard, they're more satisfied after difficult games. They remember beating Malenia, Blade of Miquella in Elden Ring or getting the Sun Sigil in FFX.
@MaegraethYep. I played FFXVI on easy with the ‘press square to win’ accessories on and I ain’t ashamed. Nothing frustrates me more than the story being blocked behind a boss fight.
@mariapuddingwayI always start on normal, and if theres a section I can't get past, I lower the difficult. Im nearly 40 and gaming is a hobby with limited hours. I dont want to be stuck on a section for weeks as I try to learn it. Im in the camp of "play however you want ". While its art for some games to remain hard games and a challenge, I also think its art for some games to remain and stay easy, and that shouldnt impact the quality of the game itself. Yoshi's Story and Dark Souls can exist in the same timeline.
@LastSnowLeopardThere's nothing wrong with playing on easy mode if you want to. You just don't get to tell devs that they should have to include easy mode in a ball buster game and you don't get to brag about beating a game if you did it in easy mode. Artby Wowie
@Beast_xx_@Favwontmiss What's the point of beating a game if there’s no challenge?
@kadereign@Favwontmiss "Prove something" to who? The NPCs don't care about your commitment to suffering.
