Original Total War: Shogun 2 reportedly delisted as remaster draws negative Steam reviews

GamesRadar+ reports that the original Total War: Shogun 2 has been delisted and the AI-upscaled remaster is drawing critical Steam reviews. Gematsu reports that SEGA and developer Creative Assembly announced Complete Edition for PC, bundling the base game and all downloadable content. SEGA gave an October 13, 2026 release date and said it would feature updated visuals, 50-plus newly playable minor factions, and full Japanese voice acting and text.
