Fan Remake Makes Sonic and the Secret Rings Fun to Play

Lead developer KumaPauZ and accounts including Sonic Stadium and Sonic City announced the full release of Project Reignition, a fan-made PC remake of Sonic and the Secret Rings. The version includes a complete story mode, improved performance, controller and keyboard support, upgraded visuals, remixed music, new skills, Time Attack modes and mod support. Community members including GamesCage and Saltydkdan posted that the changes make the game fun to play, with one noting creative liberties taken on lighting and progression.
