Announcement
K/DA Firestarter Akali headed to Patch 26.22 as a Mythic Variant
League of Legends’ later October 20 post uses “Mythic Variant” instead of the earlier post’s “mythic skin.”
TLDR
On October 20, 2026, League of Legends described K/DA Firestarter Akali as a “mythic skin” in one post and a “Mythic Variant” in a later one. Both posts tie its availability to Patch 26.22. Neither establishes that the patch or variant was live on October 20, and they give no separate launch date.
