FromSoftware delays The Duskbloods’ launch to 2027

FromSoftware announced on Oct. 29, 2026, that it is moving The Duskbloods to a 2027 launch window. The Nintendo Switch 2 game had previously been planned for 2026, according to Gematsu.

FromSoftware says it is setting aside time for final adjustments to the game's rules and balance. In its announcement, the company said players in an August network test appreciated the game's concept: direct combat alongside varied approaches and strategies. It said the extra time is intended to realize that concept more fully and deliver a better experience.

A post from the game's account described development as being at the "final adjustment stage" and apologized to players awaiting its release. The announced window is 2027, not a specific release date.
