Aaron Greenberg: A Rendezvous with Death, Are You Ready?

Xbox VP of Games Marketing Aaron Greenberg posted the line "A rendezvous with death, are you ready!?" with gear emojis and a link to the official Gears of War account on X. A separate post by Idle Sloth shares a 41-second video that opens with an ESRB Mature rating for blood, gore, intense violence and strong language, then shows dark cinematic footage of the skull-faced armored character Marcus. The two posts drew replies on X, yet the supplied evidence contains no additional announcements, release dates or corroborating statements from Microsoft or the studio.
