Creative Assembly Limits Alien Isolation 2 to Original Film

Rock Paper Shotgun published an article on Alien Isolation 2 development. It states that Creative Assembly restricts its sources to the original game and the 1979 Alien film. The piece notes a team member describing Aliens as a very different beast despite personal fandom. This choice continues even with the sequel's planetside setting. The report indicates the team ignores every other movie in the series.
