The Silver Seas adds a Mercantile Culture that can turn cities at sea into floating fortresses.

Triumph Studios says player requests helped shape The Silver Seas, from its pirate theme to its Sharkkin and Aqualon forms. The Mercantile Culture includes Cartel and Barony styles built around smuggling and bounties, respectively. The November 3 launch announcement also lists four new tomes, Ocean Happenings and a free Manta update.
