Cancelled Batman Game Was Aiming To Nail What The Dark Knight Movies Do Best

New footage and materials for Monolith Productions' cancelled Batman game, aiming to capture the essence of The Dark Knight movies, have been leaked online. The game, codenamed Project Apollo, was in early development around 2009-2010 and showcased a dynamic soundtrack inspired by Hans Zimmer's work on the films. Although the project was cancelled, some elements were later used in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Fans can look forward to Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, releasing on May 29 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
