Discord says it will roll out age verification globally from March to access some content; all accounts will have a “teen-appropriate experience by default”
Starting in March, Discord will require all users to complete age verification to access a full experience. Users will need to submit a video selfie or ID to verify their age. Those who are not verified will have a 'teen-appropriate' experience by default, with access restrictions to age-restricted servers and channels, content filters, and warnings for friend requests and DMs from unfamiliar users.
