Overwatch 2 is rebranding as Overwatch, entering a new story-driven era with a year-long narrative, 10 new heroes, and major overhauls. The storyline 'The Reign of Talon' will focus on the antagonistic faction Talon, with new heroes and in-game events across six seasons. The game will also feature a new Meta Event called Conquest, UI/UX improvements, and a Hello Kitty-themed event. Blizzard is dropping the '2' from the title to signify the game's evolution.
