Legacy Games store to close December 31, 2026; re-downloads end February 28, 2027
VGC reports installed games will remain playable after the deadline, but deleted purchases can’t be re-downloaded.
TLDR
VGC reports that Legacy Games has announced its online store will close December 31, 2026. Players can download previous purchases through February 28, 2027, but not afterward; games installed by then will remain playable as long as they stay installed. Physical game download codes must be redeemed by the store’s closing date. The February download cutoff also applies to previously claimed free Legacy Games titles from Amazon Prime.
