Walmart reportedly canceled some Zelda-themed Switch 2 preorders a day before they were due to arrive

Kotaku reports that several buyers received emails canceling their Walmart preorders for the Zelda-themed Switch 2 a day before the consoles were due to arrive. The notices said the item was out of stock. Some buyers who contacted customer service said representatives told them Walmart had oversold preorders. Nintendo Life, citing Kotaku’s reporting, says Nintendo has reiterated that restocks are on the way.
