The best-of-five final stretched across every map. FURIA opened with a 13-6 win on Dust2, but BETBOOM answered 19-16 on Ancient after double overtime and took Nuke 13-9. FURIA forced the decider by surviving BETBOOM's late push on Mirage for a 13-11 win.
On Cache, FURIA repeatedly pressured the B site and carried a lead into the second half. A well-timed flank from Mareks “YEKINDAR” Gaļinskis helped break the last exchange of force buys, and FURIA closed the map 13-6 to claim the series.
Kaike “KSCERATO” Cerato was named the tournament's HLTV x 1XBET MVP, his second MVP medal from the event. HLTV credited him with a 1.34 event rating and seven player-of-the-map awards, including a 1.83-rated performance on Dust2 in the final.
FURIA received $250,000 for first place, plus a $250,000 club share.
Positive replies praised FURIA's back-to-back Thunderpick World Championship win for their five-map resilience and FalleN's leadership, while some negative accounts warned it might be their only title this year or cited thrown rounds.
