According to the official site, Echoes of Sekigahara “introduces a key figure from Atsu’s past,” sends players into “a whole new area of Ezo,” and adds “as-yet-unseen enemies.” The page also says the expansion digs further into Atsu’s experiences during the Battle of Sekigahara and adds “a new weapon type to master, alongside new armour types, new cosmetics and more.”

Most Wanted, as described on the same site, is a “brand-new combat survival mode” built around fighting off waves of enemies and taking on new boss encounters. The site says completed runs can earn rewards ranging “from new weapons and cosmetics to playable characters you can unlock.”

Sucker Punch Productions said in a first-party post on X that “Ghost of Yōtei: Echoes of Sekigahara and Ghost of Yōtei: Most Wanted are now available.” A separate post from Shinobi602 is a repost of that announcement, not independent confirmation.

Together, those official descriptions suggest one update aimed at expanding Atsu’s story and another focused on replayable combat challenges, with fresh gear, cosmetics and character unlocks as the main draw.
