Ranked 5s queue window to extend until 4 a.m. server time

LoLDev announced on October 2 that the Ranked 5s queue window would run from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m. server time starting that weekend, two hours longer than the previous 4 p.m.–2 a.m. window. It said more players were playing late in the existing window and wanted to give them time for a couple more games.
