HLTV's VRS invite simulator gets a post-launch upgrade

HLTV says it upgraded its VRS invite simulator for the race to PGL Major Singapore 2026. The new strength model was more accurate in HLTV's backtests, but the change means today's odds may differ from yesterday's even if the teams have not changed. Each page now runs 1,000 simulations instead of 500, and the simulator prevents teams from playing two events at once. HLTV says NAVI's projected qualification chances rose to 91.6% under the new model.
