Persona 5 Royal has entered Rocket League as a limited-time Season 24 event, with challenge rewards and a separate Mona Car bundle built around the Phantom Thieves. Rocket League's Season 24 announcement dates the event from September 25 through October 12.
Atlus West publicized the crossover on September 26 with a short promotional video. The fuller Rocket League breakdown shows that the collaboration is already live and separates the items players can earn through event challenges from the cosmetics sold together in the shop.
Nine rewards are tied to event challenges
The challenge list starts with The Trickstar (P5R) wheels and Morgana's Token boost and trail. It also includes the Phantom Thieves of Hearts universal decal and what Rocket League calls the Persona 5 Royale Octane decal.
The remaining rewards are a TAKE YOUR HEART player title, Joker topper, Morgana player banner, P5R avatar border, Treasure Chest and a repeatable reward worth 20,000 XP. Rocket League does not describe those items as part of the paid shop bundle, making the event challenges the route named for earning them.
The Mona Car bundle is a separate shop offering
The shop bundle pairs the Mona Car body with matching wheels and a decal. It also includes Panther (P5R) and Joker (P5R) Mona Car decals, plus Phantom Thieves of Hearts wheels and a goal explosion. Rocket League's announcement does not list a price for the bundle.
Season 24 began September 23 and groups the Persona collaboration with two other limited-time events. Run it Up lasts through December 9 and centers on a new set of challenges and Nova Collection drops, while Bullet Ball runs through October 6 as an arena mode built around a homing ball that targets one player at a time. The Persona event's October 12 end date gives players a little more than two weeks to complete its challenge track.
