ARC Raiders' Frozen Trail update arrives October 8, but its launch hour remains unconfirmed

ARC Raiders players can circle October 8 for the Frozen Trail update, but they cannot yet set an exact alarm. Insider Gaming's release guide says Embark Studios has not announced an official launch hour.

The outlet estimates that Frozen Trail will arrive at 2 a.m. Pacific based on earlier ARC Raiders updates. Its regional conversions, including 5 a.m. Eastern and 10 a.m. British Summer Time, all depend on that assumption. Until Embark publishes a time or maintenance notice, those hours are useful planning markers rather than confirmed availability.

The date itself carries more weight. Frozen Trail is the first major update after Embark moved away from smaller monthly drops toward two larger releases per year, Insider Gaming reports. It follows Riven Tides, which arrived in late April.

Pendola Pass expands the fight vertically

Frozen Trail's centerpiece is Pendola Pass, a frozen settlement built around an old Italian village and Exodus transport hub. Insider Gaming's full content guide lists a town square, supermarket, observatory and buried train depot among its locations.

A fallen Emperor machine sits at the map's center, carrying rare technology and drawing the Frigate into the area. Players can board that large ARC vessel, open routes through its interior and fight both machines and rival Raiders for loot. The Flash Freeze condition can rapidly make the valley more dangerous.
