Xbox Disc To Digital Program Details Surface

Jez Corden reported the disc-to-digital program has no timeout period. The on-screen text only warns that losing the disc lets another user claim the license. Idle Sloth noted imported overseas physical copies of titles like Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition receive digital licenses. The same account confirmed the feature works offline on a home Xbox. Jez added that over 800 discs qualify, including more than 200 delisted games. Pure Xbox warned some editions of the same game remain unsupported. Dexerto listed delisted examples such as Deadpool and Titanfall that now convert. The program is live for Alpha and Alpha Skip-Ahead Insiders.
