TLDR
Niftski set a Super Mario Bros. any% record of 4:54.299 on Halloween while dressed as Mario and doing the character’s voice. That beat his August record by 33 milliseconds. He describes the gap to a “TAS tie” as two frames and targets 4:54.265, reported as a rules-compatible tool-assisted benchmark. A faster tool-assisted time uses inputs banned from human attempts.
