About

Frugal is a community for people who want to spend smarter, not less for the sake of it. We focus on getting the most value from your money, avoiding waste, and making thoughtful choices that actually improve everyday life.

This is a place to share practical tips, product recommendations, cost-saving strategies, and real-world experiences. From buying things that last to cutting unnecessary expenses, Frugal is about being intentional, not cheap.

No shame, no judgment, no extreme coupon chaos. Just honest conversations, useful advice, and smarter ways to live well on any budget.

If you believe value matters more than hype, you’re in the right place.

Community Guidelines

  1. Be Civil

Treat people with respect. Be helpful, constructive, and welcoming, especially to those new to budgeting or frugal living. Debate ideas, not people.

  2. No Trolling, Harassment, or Spam

Low-effort trolling, personal attacks, or spammy behavior will be removed.

  3. Avoid Duplicate Posts

Before posting, take a quick look to see if the topic already exists.

  4. Stay On Topic

This community is about frugal living and smart spending. Posts should clearly relate to saving money, getting value, reducing waste, budgeting, or thoughtful purchasing decisions.

  5. No Market Research or Surveys

Don’t use the community to validate business ideas, apps, products, affiliate funnels, or surveys. This is a place for real discussion, not free focus groups.

  6. No Financial or Legal Advice

General money discussions are welcome, but requests for personalized financial, tax, or legal advice are not. When it matters, talk to a qualified professional, not strangers on the internet.
