My Dog - found film

One of the best things about film photography is sending in a roll you don’t even remember shooting—and then getting it developed and being surprised by what comes back. It’s always such a fun experience. Shot on a Canon EOS 650.

About

A community for discovering and sharing the best of film photography. From 35mm and medium format to darkroom prints, gear talk, and technique—this is where analog lives on.

Community Guidelines

This community is for film photography only: 35mm, 120, large format, instant, alternative processes, and hybrids that start on film. Digital‑only or AI‑generated images are not allowed. Share only your own work and keep multi‑image posts to small, cohesive sets. Include basic details when possible (film stock, camera, lab, developer) and note if you want critique. Critique must be respectful, specific, and about the photos, not the photographer. Beginner questions are welcome; check pinned resources and search before posting. Gear, labs, and self‑promotion are allowed only when they add clear value, and any affiliation must be disclosed. No hate speech, personal attacks, or harassment. Be thoughtful with privacy, especially in street photography and with vulnerable subjects; use content warnings for graphic or sensitive material. Spam, low‑effort reposts, and obvious engagement farming may be removed. Repeated or serious rule violations can lead to bans.
