Child protection group pushes for reopening of Epstein-related investigations in France

Innocence in Danger, an international child protection organization, is considering filing a complaint to reopen a France-based investigation into the actions of Jeffrey Epstein. The 2019 investigation was closed in 2022 after the suicide of Jean-Luc Brunel, a close associate of Epstein convicted for rape and sexual harassment. The organization believes there is sufficient evidence for the justice system to take up the case again, as Brunel was only one link in a larger network.
