Cygames cancels Umamusume's Oct. 22-23 Los Angeles concerts

Cygames canceled its Oct. 22-23 Umamusume: Pretty Derby concerts at Los Angeles' Peacock Theater, citing its inability to obtain necessary US entry visas in a statement quoted by Kotaku. Kotaku reports the shows were intended to feature voice actors performing franchise songs. Cygames said it worked with US lawyers and promoters for more than six months. Kotaku reports refunds are in progress; Slimepress says Cygames promised full refunds for in-person and online tickets.
