Court denies Olivier Martinez’s restraining order request against Halle Berry

Page Six reports that a Los Angeles judge denied Martinez’s request for a domestic violence restraining order protecting him and the former couple’s 13-year-old son, and lifted temporary restrictions on Berry. Martinez accused Berry of physically abusing their son; she has denied the allegations. Their custody arrangement remains in place until the matter is addressed at a future hearing.
