TikTok creator Marcel Johnson dies at 32 after stomach cancer

Marcel Johnson died Nov. 2 after a 15-month battle with cancer, his wife, Taylor Johnson, confirmed. He and Taylor operated Lil Daddy’s Cheesecakes in Michigan. Neighboring businesses organized fundraisers, and residents donated toward the family’s medical and living expenses. Taylor reportedly asked fans not to make AI-generated tributes featuring Marcel or their family because she felt the results did not look like them.
