Daisy Ridley to star in Paramount+'s 'Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea' series

Variety reports Ridley will star in and executive produce the new series, playing ocean scientist Lee Crane. In the story, an Arctic expedition claims the life of Crane’s twin sister, drawing her into a government program centered on the USS Seaview, a submarine found in the ice. Legendary Television will produce the series with the Irwin Allen estate.
