Michael Douglas says Marvel wouldn’t kill off his ‘Ant-Man’ character

Variety reports that Michael Douglas told the ‘Happy Sad Confused’ podcast he wanted Hank Pym killed off after two ‘Ant-Man’ movies, but Marvel wouldn’t allow it. Douglas previously said he pitched a special-effects-heavy death for the character in ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.’ He also said he joined Marvel to try green-screen acting and found it difficult.
