    TLDR

On October 13, Sacnilk Entertainment reported ₹41.05 crore in Jailer 2 advance-booking gross across four show dates, including block seats, versus ₹35.77 crore without them. Tamil bookings accounted for ₹35.74 crore, or 87% of the total. Bolly_BoxOffice argued that wider national-chain distribution could have yielded ₹200 crore gross in the Hindi market, bringing a hypothetical ₹1,000 crore worldwide total closer.

Nishit Shaw@NishitShawHere#Jailer2 Hindi version would’ve scored an EASY 150 crore range box office. That would’ve made the 1000 crore mark look closer. But it missed the release across various chains in North. Costly miss.2h
Manoz Kumar@ManozTalksDear @rajinikanth's FANS across the World - #Jailer2 (Hindi) can create Box Office RAMPAGE if proper release given !🔥 180-200cr nett (Hindi) looks minimum, can go even 250cr nett had they released it with proper strategize ane foreplan. You guys have one of the Biggest FAN CLUB in INDIA - tag @sunpictures, retweet and convey this message to the them, they are just destroying the THEATRICAL POTENTIAL of such a TREMENDOUS film . Bollywood Box Office@Bolly_BoxOffice#Jailer2 has the potential to do ₹200 crore gross from the Hindi market alone with a proper release across national chains. That would’ve brought the ₹1000 crore worldwide gross mark much closer. So far, no Indian film has crossed the ₹1000 crore worldwide gross mark without Hindi version support, except #Dangal, which did wonders in China. Missed opportunity!2h
