Nirvana accepts the Video Vanguard Award at the VMAs

Gold Derby reports that Pat Smear lit a cigarette as Nirvana accepted the Video Vanguard Award at the VMAs. Pop Base’s post about the award included the line, “Nirvana continues to resonate so deeply because people are still hungry for authenticity.”
