Deadline reports that ‘Sunshine’ director Antoinette Jadaone has launched Ilaya Ilaya. Quoted by cbo_channel, Jadaone describes it as a women-led studio built on a love of Filipino stories and the belief that Filipino audiences can “fall in love with Philippine cinema again.”

cbo_channel lists six projects: the whodunnit ‘Crème de la Crème’; a Netflix romantic-comedy series by Jadaone; ‘Chandra Catacutan and the Curse of the Fuchsia Moon’ with Eugene Domingo; a stage adaptation of ‘Sunshine’ with Maris Racal; the comedy ‘Boldstar’; and the horror project ‘Birdsong’.
