Greenville police rule Hayden Panettiere’s death accidental and close investigation

Extra reports that Greenville police closed their investigation after the medical examiner ruled Hayden Panettiere’s death accidental. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office previously attributed her death to the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine. Panettiere died August 16 in Greenville, South Carolina, at age 36.
