‘Digger’ earns $1.2 million in previews amid a Warner Bros. leadership shake-up

The Hollywood Reporter reports that ‘Digger’ earned $1.2 million in domestic Thursday previews ahead of its opening in more than 3,300 North American locations. Warner Bros. projects a $12 million–$15 million opening as film chiefs Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy are exiting the studio. Amazon MGM’s ‘Verity’ earned $4.5 million in previews and is expected to top the weekend box office.
