Fox has completed its $22 billion Roku acquisition and renamed Tubi Media Group as Fox Digital Platforms. Tubi CEO Anjali Sud is taking another job and will help with the transition, Fox says. Mike Bidgoli becomes Tubi president, reporting to Pete Distad. Roku Media President Charlie Collier is also leaving, along with Roku general counsel Chris Handman and AdRise executive Robyn Peterson.
