Dylan Sprouse says his only ‘Suite Life’ residual check was for five cents

Sprouse says his five-cent residual check came from a 2006 ‘Hannah Montana’ crossover, though he worked on nearly 200 episodes of the Disney Channel series. Former co-star Phill Lewis said the show aired in more than 90 countries. Lewis also alleged their contracts let Disney count any number of episodes filmed in a year as one season, avoiding pay bumps.
