Fincher cut 60 pages from Tarantino’s 'Cliff Booth' script; film runs about 140 minutes

World of Reel, citing an Empire interview, reports that Fincher cut 60 pages from Tarantino’s 230-page first draft, bringing 'Cliff Booth' to around two hours and 20 minutes. Fincher called the draft 'essentially two movies.' Tarantino described the story as having the feel of an Elmore Leonard crime-story paperback rather than another 'hangout movie.'
