Variety reports that Chris Pratt guides viewers beneath St. Peter’s Basilica in “Pétros Ení — Discovering the Origins,” a documentary about the history and archaeology of St. Peter’s tomb. According to the film’s synopsis, Pope Leo XIV appears in its final scenes to reflect on Peter and the tomb. Variety unveiled the trailer ahead of the film’s Rome Film Festival debut; an international theatrical rollout is planned for February 2027.
