People reports Billie Lourd posted an Instagram tribute to her mother, Carrie Fisher, on October 21, when Fisher would have turned 70. Lourd wrote that birthdays are harder for her than grief anniversaries because they’re supposed to be happy. People also quotes her saying, “I woke up feeling really angry.” Fisher died in 2016.
