Jesse Eisenberg's 'The Debut' to open 23rd Marrakech International Film Festival

Jesse Eisenberg's comedy starring Julianne Moore is set to open the 23rd Marrakech International Film Festival, scheduled for Nov. 20-28. Moore plays a shy housewife who joins a community theater musical. The 76-film program spans 39 countries, with 14 first and second features competing for the Étoile d'Or under jury president Marion Cotillard. Eisenberg and Moore are expected to attend the out-of-competition gala.
