Variety reports that Tomi Adeyemi, author of “Children of Blood and Bone,” canceled a New York Comic Con panel promoting her new book, “The Siren.” A source told the outlet she canceled it in September, when it was quietly removed from the schedule. The panel had been set for October 10; neither Adeyemi nor organizer ReedPop announced the cancellation ahead of its scheduled time.
