Tom Hanks and Kelli O’Hara set for Broadway in fall 2027 with ‘This World of Tomorrow’

Deadline reports that the fall 2027 production will reunite Hanks and O’Hara after their sold-out Off Broadway run at The Shed. Based on Hanks’ short stories, the play follows a man who repeatedly travels back to the 1939 New York World’s Fair. It will mark Hanks’ first Broadway appearance since his Tony-nominated performance in 2013’s ‘Lucky Guy.’
