Maya Jama is leaving Love Island UK, fire pits and all

Maya Jama has announced she’s stepping down as Love Island UK host, saying it’s time to pursue something new. She took over in 2023 and described her run as nine series. Her farewell thanked viewers and the production team, with a promise to keep cheering from the sidelines. The fire-pit chapter is closing; her statement doesn’t name her next job.
