Activision plans to remove real footage of the Itaewon crush aftermath from Modern Warfare 4

Dexerto reports that news footage recorded after the 2022 Itaewon crowd crush appears in a Modern Warfare 4 cinematic depicting a fictional invasion. Families of those affected called for its removal, saying they were “appalled.” Activision apologized and said a November 12 update would remove the footage.
