Naomi Watts spoke about menopause and her difficult career beginnings at the Zurich Film Festival, Variety reports. “I was crying in the bathroom, trying to scratch off my estrogen patch,” she recalled. On being told she “freaked people out” early in her career, Watts said: “Yeah, no shit. I was desperate, behind on my rent and getting evicted.”
