Taylor Kinney, with the show since its 2012 debut, says he never imagined reaching the milestone.
Early in the show’s run, Kinney met Mariska Hargitay just after she had negotiated a deal for Season 16 or 17. A run that long hadn’t seemed possible to him. Kinney described his goodbye to Joe Cruz as “visceral,” while Miñoso said of the character, “I owe him everything.”
