Page Six reports a judge denied Olivier Martinez’s lawyer’s request to question Berry about an Instagram Story he claimed violated a temporary restraining order. Berry’s attorney called the request a “witch hunt.” The since-deleted Story linked children’s disrespect toward their mothers to their relationships with their fathers. Complex, citing TMZ, reports sources close to Berry said she did not post it and that her account appeared to have been hacked.
