At a September scrimmage ahead of the playoffs, Nakase played sounds of machine guns and bombs, ESPN reports. Center Kiah Stokes told ESPN the noise forced her to speak louder and communicate better. Guard Tiffany Hayes called Nakase “a basketball sicko.”
