Jessica Biel says her son must earn bigger acting roles

The Hollywood Reporter reports that producer Jules Daly asked Biel whether Silas Timberlake wanted a small part in 'Matchbox: The Movie.' Biel said she and Justin Timberlake agreed because the role was tiny, but she would not let him take a larger part without earning it. She recalled that Silas spent his first day on set without working, then worked the next day.
