Dinard Festival of British and Irish Film faces an uncertain future beyond 2026

Screen reports that Dinard’s mayor’s office commissioned an independent review of the festival’s future beyond its 2026 edition. Citing Ouest-France, it says the annual deficit is €250,000 against a budget of around €700,000. The review is expected to be delivered around February 2027; the mayor said it was premature to say whether the festival would continue.
